Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using PDFly: PDF Editor & Scanner(“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Android device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass any security features or access restrictions
- Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the App or any part of it
- Use the App to process documents you do not have the right to modify
3. Premium Subscription
PDFly offers optional premium subscriptions through Google Play. Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Settings. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to the documents and files you process using the App. Since all processing occurs on-device, we never access, view, or store your content. You are solely responsible for the content you process.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that processing results will be accurate in all cases. Always keep backup copies of important documents.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
